With sweeping views of Central Park, this pre war property was given a much needed restoration. After stripping the unit down to its structural elements, we began reconstructing the space, navigating extremely tight tolerances throughout the apartment and building. Key elements that helped transform the space include integrated LED lighting in millwork, stairs, and stone elements, custom designed and built furniture. The end result was a modern, bright, and functional space to serve our client for years to come.
