NOGM stands for New, Old, Green, Modular. New Construction, Old world Architecture, “Green” technology, Modular construction. We designed a collection of historically inspired NOGM homes, each built to order and customized for the end user. The homes are extremely energy efficient, beautiful, and look like they have been around for a century. Once designed, the modules were fabricated in PA, shipped to their site, and assembled and staged in as little as 60 days. Modular construction is a great option that allows the construction schedule to be condensed, many times at a comparable price point to traditional stick building.
